TL Joinery & Decor ("TL Joinery", "we", "us") is a custom joinery business based at 94 Boundary Rd, Sunshine West VIC 3020 (ABN 12 738 876 846). This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices.

- Enquiry details you send us: your name, suburb, email address and/or mobile number, the type of project, and any optional details you add (timing, budget range, plans or photo links, notes).
- Cost estimator and shortlist emails: if you use the cost estimator or email us a style shortlist, we receive the information you choose to include.
- Advertising and website measurement data: if you arrive from an advertisement, we record campaign information (for example campaign names and click identifiers) so we can measure which advertising works. Our website uses Google advertising and measurement tags, which may use cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages and calls: if you contact us by phone, email or Messenger, we keep the details of that conversation.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a measure, prepare quotes and deliver your project.
- To contact you by email, text or phone about your project.
- To understand how people find and use our website, and to improve our advertising and service.
- To meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our website and business, for example website hosting and form handling (Netlify), advertising and measurement (Google), and messaging (Meta/Facebook Messenger). These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also share information with suppliers, installers or professionals directly involved in your project, and when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses Google tags that can set cookies to measure advertising performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings or use Google's advertising settings to limit personalised advertising. Blocking cookies will not stop you from contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver and support your project, and meet legal and tax requirements. We then delete or de-identify them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as bank or identity details through the website form.
Your choices and rights
